Downstairs - garden room entrance, dining lounge, stone walled newly appointed kitchen and a spacious bathroom with shower.
Upstairs - Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and TV, with a beautiful view to the sand dunes. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and sink. Bedroom 3 has 1 single bed. All bedrooms have drawers and wardrobes. Towels and bedding are included in the rental price. Cot, highchair and stairgate available at no extra cost.
Outside - Gardens extend to the north and south of the property, with a secure family friendly south facing garden and patio.
Parking for 2 cars is on the hard standing in the north garden.
A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at a charge of £25 each.

Location
The Granary offers one of the best locations in Beadnell Bay. Follow the path from the garden gate, just 100m over the dunes, to descend to the 2 mile length of golden sands. Pause at the top to take in the breath-taking views of Dunstanburgh Castle across the bay. Beadnell harbour, with its famous lime kilns is a short walk to the left. The Farne Islands can be admired across the green from the rear of the property.
Amenities
Beadnell Bay is within the North Northumberland Heritage Coast area of outstanding natural beauty. It is the only west facing beach in the area, so enjoys the sun all day long. Being 2 miles long, it is never crowded. To the south is the largest mainland colony of artic terns in the UK. Cafes are open all year round near the car park, where you will also find a water sports centre. This offers paddleboarding, surfing, kite surfing & wind surfing opportunities. A tractor boat launch is available during the summer. Beadnell village has a pub, hotel, café and post office/shop.
